Background
Ms. Rudnik has over 13 years of surety and insurance accounting experience in various areas including underwriting, Small Business Administration ("SBA") Guarantee Bonds and Commercial Surety. Ms. Rudnik obtained an Insurance Agent License in Minnesota where she was the accounting manager for an independent insurance agency.
Professional Experience
Project Accountant and Office Manager in Blue Bell office of Cashin Spinelli & Ferretti, LLC, Surety Consultants. Responsibilities include: maintaining ledgers of accounts payable and receivable for client-directed, joint-control, escrow and fund-control accounts; preparing payments for project vendors and lien waivers; preparing initial acknowledgement letters for Payment Bond claims and preparing related Release and Assignment forms; maintaining Primavera Expedition files; preparing and sending transmittals; maintaining ledgers of Certified Payrolls related to Surety funding operations; and ordering of supplies and equipment for construction jobsites.
Accounting manager at an independent insurance agency. Responsibilities included: reconciliation of insurance company billing statements; individual client account reconciliations; bank statement reconciliations; preparation of agency/agent commission statements; preparation of employee payroll; preparation of state and federal tax reports; administration of accounts payable and receivable; and creation of all internal, agency financial reports.
