Background

Mr. Perrotta has participated in various planning initiatives in several municipalities and private firms. His work includes environmental and zoning review of numerous development proposals and preparation of associated reports to guide the final development of those proposals. Additionally, Mr. Perrotta has worked on various committees such as the Islip Clean Energy Task Force Committee and the Islip Hazard Advisory Committee which he formed and Chaired.

  Conducts Environmental review of development applications including review of Environmental Impact Statements, Traffic Impact Studies, and Environmental Site Assessments. Involvement with Town of Oyster Bay $60 million SEA Fund Bond property acquisition process. Preparation of environment reports and parking analysis studies.

• Town of Southampton Planning Division
  Conducted site plan review and prepared associated reports/resolutions. Performed subdivision review and prepared associated reports/resolutions and SEQR review for various projects.

• Town of Islip Department of Planning and Development
  SEQR review for various projects throughout all stages of EIS development. Responsible for grant/contract monitoring of Islip Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan. Performed compliance and design review of sign permit applications. Conducted site plan and plot plan review. Planning Department representative to Islip Clean Energy Leadership Taskforce.

  Drafted Build-out Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements. Independent review of the Pilgrim State Redevelopment Plan EIS. Performed site plan and subdivision review for the Village of Lake Grove. Compliance review for LEED certification requirements for various projects. Assisted Senior Environmental Scientists on varying field studies.
