Background
Ms. Marandino has been involved with several private architectural firms. Her work includes schematic representation, space-planning and preparation of construction documents. Ms. Marandino also has knowledge of environment and ecological systems, and sustainable building practices. Ms. Marandino's responsibilites include: preparation of architectural and engineering drawings for corporate and healthcare interior renovations, municipal buildings and athletic facilities. Ms. Marandino provides assistance in code and zoning research as well as contributing graphic skills to visual aids for consulting projects, planning research reports, and design proposals. As as assistant to the project architect, she is involved in project coordination and management and has assumed the role of jobsite supervisor on a number of relevant projects

- Assistance in production of construction documents as well as jobsite supervision for renovation and reconstruction of high school athletic facilities including track, field, bleachers and supplementary infrastructure.

- Assistance to project architect in the design of a new modular pre-fabricated building within the park. Responsible for the drafting of construction documents, interior design and finish selection, as well as general project coordination.
Town of Oyster Bay - Future Athletic Facilities at the Site of Sylvia Packard Middle School
- Responsible for producing demolition plans for the removal of Sylvia Packard Middle School, as well as assisting project engineer in surveying existing infrastructural conditions and generating plans to prepare for the development of the site with athletic fields and support facilities. Also involved in schematic representation of design proposal.
Town of Oyster Bay - Hicksville Athletic Building
- Responsible for temporary jobsite supervision and coordination assistance for the construction of 22,000 square-foot gymnasium and offices in Hicksville, NY
