Background

Mr. Lavalle has more than 25 years of experience as a project architect responsible for the management and preparation of design and construction documents for all phases of various Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Residential projects from initial program development to construction administration and project closeout. Mr. Lavalle is extremely well versed in all aspects of the ICC Building Codes, ANSI, and ADA Regulations. In addition, Mr. Lavalle is ICC certified and Pennsylvania certified to perform both commercial and residential building inspections.
