Projects have included fire stations, public libraries, hotels, public and private schools, telecommunication networks, housing projects, commercial malls, high rise towers and stadiums.

Project Manager with experience in constructability reviews, bid package preparation, drafting of technical specifications, code compliance analysis, budget analysis, subcontract negotiations, CPM scheduling, quantity surveying and estimates review.
Claims Consultant with experience in performing detailed analysis and investigative accounting of multi-million dollar bonded principals. Generated comprehensive surety exposure and liability reports, estimated costs to complete and cash-flow projections. Negotiated completion contracts including ratification of existing subcontracts. Resolved payment bond claims. Prepared wrongful termination claims on behalf of defaulted principals. Provided technical support for legal counsel representing both sureties and principals.
Extensive experience as a senior claims consultant in the evaluation and/or preparation of construction claims, on behalf of private owners, contractors and bonding companies.
Claims Analyst with experience in the meticulous investigation and evaluation of construction claims, including: time impact analysis, loss-of-productivity analyses, and scope variation claims. Provided litigation support. Conducted out of court conflict resolution including professional mediation.
Representative Project Management Experience
Mamaroneck UFSD, Westchester, NY
Project Manager for a $6M+ capital improvement project on multiple schools in the district, including complete roof renovations, interior space rehabilitation and track and field restoration. Acted as head construction manager for the school district. Conducted bid packages preparation and bid awards, provided day-to-day supervision of the construction operations. Acted as liaison officer between the architect and contractors. Processed pay requisitions. Negotiated change orders. Processed paperwork necessary for the New York State Department of Education.
Abraham Lincoln High School; Brooklyn, New York
Project Management for a $1.4M capital improvement project comprising a complete Terra Cotta Façade Restoration. Employed by the general contractor. Was in charge of all field operations related to this project.
Fire Houses and Libraries; City of Houston, TX
Hired by the City of Houston for a $100M+ city-wide rebuilding and renovations program of all libraries and firehouses. Work directly under the supervision of the engineering department director. Performed constructability reviews and bid package preparation.
