Project Experience
- Town of Oyster Bay – Field Inspector on behalf of the Town of Oyster Bay responsible for financial document recording; construction site field observations; attendance at administrative hearings, and zoning and environmental meetings.
- Sylvia Packard Middle School in North Massapequa, NY. – Coordination and monitoring of asbestos abatement, demolition of existing 3-story Middle School, and site restoration including construction of new synthetic, field-turf, ball fields and ancillary support buildings. Responsibilities included assisting project manager with coordination of project correspondence, project specifications, scheduling, field investigation and submittal logs.
- Bethpage High School Track & Field Restoration, Bethpage, NY. – Field inspection monitoring and coordination of Phase II demolition of grandstands, and installation of new grandstand bleachers and concession building. Responsibilities included: creation of project field reports; monitoring of materials entering and leaving site; preparation of daily field reports; monitoring of punch-list work; and entering of construction data into the Expedition project management program.
- Hicksville Athletic Facility in Hicksville, NY. – Contract administration; contractor compliance; submittal logs and processing of contractor payment application utilizing AIA G702 & G703 forms. Responsible for documentation of punch-list items; and receipt and documentation of operation and maintenance manuals from contractors.
