Recent Project Experience
Acted as Surety Claims Consultant. Assisted with large-scale Payment Bond programs addressing Surety claims in excess of $18 million, and assisted with project completion on defaulted public works projects for various bonding companies.
Acted as Construction Supervisor on a variety of projects for General Contractor. Responsibilities included: supervision and coordination of trades; scheduling; quality control; reading blueprints; takeoffs and cost-estimating; and purchasing and scheduling of materials.
Acted as Field Supervisor for subcontractor on interior/exterior metal framing, drywall and acoustic projects. Services included: Supervision of multiple, active project sites; interpretation of drawing and specifications; drawing takeoffs and estimating; purchasing and scheduling of materials; developmental coordination and updating of project construction schedules; coordination of trades; quality control; and liaison amongst General Contractor, Owner and Vendors.
