• Evaluation of the veracity of an Owner's claim to recover funds related to cost to complete defaulted Principal's work on behalf of Principal's Surety.

• Performed requisitioning function on behalf of Surety acting as completion contractor on multi-million dollar hospital renovation project within the City of New York.

• Acted on behalf of a Surety to track the financial status of a Principal engaged in a multi-million dollar, long-term renovation project within the City of New York.

• Performed Payment Bond claim analyses on behalf of Sureties. Work included verification of legitimacy of claims and quantification of dollar value based on review of contract documents, work tickets, invoices, etc.

• Formulated methodology and created a database for the review of an environmental insurance claim presented by a utility company.

• Estimated potential environmental liabilities for a chemical company and a utility company for their respective insurance companies. Analysis included researching publicly available records for appropriate cost information.

• Analyzed past personal injury and property damage claims at two Superfund sites to estimate potential additional claims against the sites.

• Created a database for the review of a $4 billion insurance claim during an insurance company liquidation.

• Prepared an industry analysis and presentations for the Business Recovery Services Group in their pursuit of a large retail department store that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

• Analyzed documents seized by the FBI to determine how to maximize shareholder equity of a telecommunications company in voluntary bankruptcy.

• Helped to re-create a company's accounting system using invoices, bank statements, cash disbursement journal, and other financial documents for the purpose of refuting the IRS's dismissal of their status as a nonprofit organization.
