Background
Mr. Bloodgood is a Construction Project Manager with over 20 years' experience in the field. Mr. Bloodgood's expertise includes residential, commercial, industrial, hospital and school construction. Prior to joining CSF, Mr. Bloodgood was an in-house Project Manager in the Bond Claims Department of a Surety company.
Recent Project Experience
Acted on behalf of the Surety as an on-site project manager. Services
included: schedule and budget monitoring; management of contractors,
subcontractors and vendors; project cost analysis; and project
closeout.
Acted on behalf of the Surety as a Project Manager for all phases of four
Energy Service Agreement Contracts. Services included: daily monitoring and
billing of utilities; management of interface functions between utility-owned
equipage and building Management System; on-site coordination and supervision
of equipment installations; liaison between Owner and subcontractors;
implementation of service and maintenance programs; and troubleshooting and
resolution of equipment installation difficulties.
Acted as supervisor of maintenance personnel, operations technicians and
security force for the Newark Museum. Duties included: building/facilities
maintenance and operations; management of all aspects of mechanical, electrical
and HVAC systems; and implementation of cost-containment procedures. Services
also included complete supervision of two, major renovation projects: a 35,000
sq. ft. science wing consisting of labs, office space and archival storage; and
a 19th Century Victorian structure.
